Fill Out the Report
Complete all sections of the report — facility info, test results, device logs, photos, and signatures.
Click "Generate & Email Client"
Enter the client's email and name, then click the button. The PDF will download to your device automatically.
Your Email App Opens
Gmail, Outlook, or whatever email app you use will open with the To, Subject, and body already filled in. The client's name, facility, date, and result are all included.
Attach the PDF and Send
Click the paperclip icon in your email, find the PDF that just downloaded (usually in your Downloads folder), attach it, and hit Send. Done!
