Go to emailjs.com and sign up for a free account. The free tier allows 200 emails/month — plenty for field reports.

Add Gmail as Your Email Service

In your EmailJS dashboard → Email ServicesAdd New Service → choose Gmail. Click "Connect Account" and authorize with your Google account. Copy the Service ID (looks like service_xxxxxxx).

Go to Email TemplatesCreate New Template. Set it up like this:
