Create a Free EmailJS Account
Go to emailjs.com and sign up for a free account. The free tier allows 200 emails/month — plenty for field reports.
Add Gmail as Your Email Service
In your EmailJS dashboard → Email Services → Add New Service → choose Gmail. Click "Connect Account" and authorize with your Google account. Copy the Service ID (looks like service_xxxxxxx).
Create an Email Template
Go to Email Templates → Create New Template. Set it up like this:
Subject: Fire Alarm Test Report — {{facility_name}}
Body:
Dear {{owner_name}},
Please find attached the Annual Fire Alarm Test Report for {{facility_name}},
conducted on {{test_date}} by {{tech_name}}.
Overall Result: {{test_result}}
Please retain this report for your records.

Save the template and copy the Template ID (looks like template_xxxxxxx).

In EmailJS dashboard → Account → General → copy your Public Key.
