These terms apply to the A&A Electrical website and the A&A Electrical app (the "Services"), operated by A&A Electrical, LLC, 49 Anchor Rd, Lynn, MA 01904.
Authorized use
The app is for A&A Electrical employees and users authorized by A&A. Keep your sign-in private, enter accurate time and work records, and use the Services only for A&A business. A&A may suspend or remove access at any time, including when employment ends.
Records
Time entries, reports and other records created in the app belong to A&A Electrical, LLC and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Falsifying time or inspection records is prohibited.
Text messages
If you opt in to A&A text alerts, you'll receive work notifications such as shift, lunch, clock-out and approval alerts. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
No warranty
The Services are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, A&A is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
